Legal Form and Mission of the Foundation

The F.C. Gundlach Foundation, based in Hamburg, was founded on 8. March 2000 as a nonprofit, legal foundation under the civil code. The mission of the F.C. Gundlach Foundation is the promotion of art and culture, as well as science and research, in the field of photography, especially the promotion of photography as a cultural asset.
